Intermon Oxfam (IO) and Blumaq have signed an agreement of cooperation by which Blumaq has agreed to offer economic support to the NGO activities.

The project “Access to high school and occupational training in Niassa, Mozambique” has the vision to build schools, to train and motivate teachers, and to implement a literacy program for adults.

Blumaq´s representatives have travelled to Niassa to closely monitor the development of IO with this project.
